Matthew is a mining engineer with over 20 years’ technical and operational experience across underground and open pit operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Adriatic Metals, General Manager at OceanaGold’s Waihi and Macraes operations, and Manager Mining at Evolution Mining’s Mungari operation. Earlier in his career, he also worked with Glencore and CIMIC.

Ron is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in the resources finance sector across a range of commodities and projects in Australia, Africa and North America.

He has significant experience in debt and equity funding solutions for resources development, and the operation and management of listed public companies. He was most recently CFO and Joint Company Secretary of Leo Lithium Limited, with previous roles including CFO at Paladin Energy, Vimy Resources, Alita Resources and Peninsula Energy.

Craig Fawcett brings extensive technical and operational expertise across diverse commodities including porphyry, mesothermal and epithermal gold deposits, lithium, vanadium, zinc-lead and nickel. His specialised focus on operational commencement encompasses on-site operations management and corporate interface coordination between exploration, mine geology and operations teams.

Craig specialises in operational turnarounds of mining assets.  This includes building safe, and motivated cultures, with a balance of technical and operational delivery.

His operational experience spans leading Australian and international mining operations including Evolution Mining (Cowal), OceanaGold (Philippines), Reed Resources (Meekatharra start-up), Apex Minerals (Wiluna start-up), Barrick Gold (Plutonic), and operations in Fiji and China.

Craig holds a BSc Applied Geology (Leicester University), GDip Mining Engineering (Ballarat University), and Business Administration Diploma (Stirling Business College).
