Craig is an investment banker with over 45 years of experience consulting to companies in Australia and internationally, particularly in relation to fund raising and mergers and acquisitions in the natural resources sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1975 and as an Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia in 1984. Craig has been an Executive Director of the corporate advisory business New Holland Capital Pty Ltd since 2008 and prior was the Executive Chair of DJ Carmichael Pty Limited. Craig has served as Non-Executive Chair of Essential Metals Limited, Dacian Gold Limited and The Harry Perkins Institute for Respiratory Health and as a Non-Executive Director of QMetco Limited and Develop Global Limited (then Venturex Resources Limited).

Matthew is a mining engineer with over 20 years’ technical and operational experience across underground and open pit operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. He has held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Adriatic Metals, General Manager at OceanaGold’s Waihi and Macraes operations, and Manager Mining at Evolution Mining’s Mungari operation. Earlier in his career, he also worked with Glencore and CIMIC.

Adam is an experienced mining financier with over 20 years’ of experience in arranging and providing project finance and funding solutions in the global mining sector. He has successfully executed underwritings and structured financings for a large number of resource companies, both within Australia and overseas.  Prior to joining Taurus in 2024, he had previously held senior roles with N M Rothschild & Sons and Investec Bank Australia

Geologist and mining financier with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of technical, consulting, financial and corporate roles. He has a strong background in Mineral Resource Estimation and technical risk assessment across a broad range of commodities including base and precious metals.

Richard has held senior roles at SRK Consulting, Investec Bank and Geopacific Resources. He is currently Head of Technical at Taurus Funds Management.
